Kerly Music formed after its founder Sean Kerly merged his nightime passion for guitar playing
with his daily experience at an Aerospace day job. Tired of being let down by strings that break
and sound dead, he sought to improve the way a string feels, sounds and performs.
By exposing a string to extreme hot and extreme cold temperatures, Kerly found what he'd been looking for.
 Since then, players from all styles and genres have found a new string of choice that allows them to
enhance their playing, create more and express themselves better than they had with other brands of strings.
Our corporate motto is "Made for the Player, By a Player", and we uphold a sense of corporate truth that supports
the musicians who rely on a dependable string. Not all have the benefit of a guitar tech or road manager,
you demand a string that can last for multiple shows and still have the integrity to please your ear.
